Catering:
Please let us know if you would like any information on catering options for your event.
Deposit:
A $200 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for the 24 hour bookings. This is for any damages that may occur.
Cleaning:
You can nominate to clean the premises back to the condition pre function yourselves (including toilets) or we can arrange the premises to be cleaned at a cost of $150.
Party Conditions:
Any parties will need be conclude by 11:45pm, with the pavilion being vacated by no later than 12:00 midnight.
All evening parties will need to be registered with the local police.
Events with more than 100 attendees may need to provide their own security.
The person booking any event will be responsible to ensure no attendees under the age of 18 consume alcoholic beverages.
Entertainment or equipment required to be set up outside of the pavilion building must be approved by NPPM Inc prior to the event.
Local Residents:
We request that you respect that we are in a residential area and that best efforts are made to arrive and depart the venue in a quiet and orderly manner.
Smoking/Vaping:
No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere within 50 metres of the Nichols Point Pavilion.
Nichols Point Reserve:
No vehicles are permitted on the sporting reserve at any time.
No open fires are permitted at the Nichols Point Recreation Reserve at any time.
No glass is permitted on the sporting reserve at any time.
