Puppy Photo Experience Waiver & Release of Liability
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following as a condition of participating in the Selfie Paws puppy photo experience:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that interacting with puppies for photographs may involve risks, including but not limited to: scratches, bites, allergic reactions, accidents, or damage to personal clothing or belongings.
I acknowledge that the puppies are friendly and playful, but may act unpredictably as all animals can.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in Selfie Paws.
Safety & Store Rules
I agree to follow all instructions given by Selfie Paws staff to ensure the safety of myself, other participants, and the puppies.
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings (including phones, cameras, and clothing) while on Selfie Paws premises.
I agree not to bring outside pets, food, or hazardous items into the photo area.
Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in Selfie Paws, I release and hold harmless Selfie Paws, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action connected with my participation in this event.
Animal Interaction
I understand that while the puppies are friendly, they may act unpredictably, and interactions may include playful scratching, nipping, or accidents.
I agree to treat all animals with care and respect.
I will not hold Selfie Paws responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by puppy interaction.
