1. I am a resident of one of the counties; Baker, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrest, Hamiton, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor or Union.
2. I am single, never married, a natural born female and do not have a child. In the event that I become pregnant or do anything to tarnish the reputation of the Miss Olustee organization during my reign (Including distasteful social media posting), if selected as Miss Olustee or her court, I hereby understand that my title and scholarship will be revoked upon the discretion of the directors. Any part of the scholarship disbursed will be paid in full to the Miss Olustee Pageant before the pageant of the following year.
3. I have never been arrested, nor committed a felony or crime.
4. If I am selected Miss Olustee Teen / Junior Miss / Miss:
A. I will serve as Miss Olutee Teen / Junior Miss / Miss until my successor is appointed.
B. I will make myself available for such personal appearances, filming, interviews, parades, and other various commitments that the pageant has made and will make for me.
C. I will permit my name, photographs, and title as Miss Olustee Teen / Junior Miss / Miss to be used by such persons, firms, or corporations that may be approved by the Miss Olustee Pageant directors.
D. I will only display my title, sash and signs exclusively at functions designated by the Miss Olustee Pageant (applicable until you hold another title)
A sash and crown will be provided by the pageant. Therefore, I will be responsible for any loss or replacement.
5. If I am selected as First Runner up to the title, I agree to be available to succeed to all the rights and assume all duties and obligations of the Miss Teen / Junior Miss / Miss Olustee.
6. I understand that I must utilize the awarded money within two years of receipt of the funds. I further understand that the grant of bonds and awards will be forfeited in the event I breach this contract or fail to perform any duties, which may have been selected by the Miss Olustee pageant directors.
7. I hereby release the Miss Olustee Pageant, any co-sponsor and facility (where the pageant and practices are to be held) from liability for any accident of injury, damage to me, my child or our personal property as a result of our participation in the pageant.
8. I, as well as my parent / guardian, have read all the rules and regulations of the Miss Olustee Pageant and understand that if the stated are not followed, I will be disqualified by the judges from the pageant.
