    Vendor, CBO, and Talent Application
  • Pomona Valley Pride Festival is excited to invite talented performers, diverse vendors, and local community-based organizations (CBOs) to participate in this year’s celebration! This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills, products, services, or the impactful work your CBO is doing for the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you're an entertainer, artisan, business owner, or advocate, apply today to be part of an inclusive and vibrant festival that celebrates pride, diversity, and community!

     

    Application Categories:

    Vendor

    $100 per booth (includes a 10x10 space)
    Must bring your own table, chairs, and display materials
    Limited spaces available—apply early!

    NO FOOD VENDORS

     

    Community Based Organizations

    $50 per booth (includes a 10x10 space)
    Non-profits must focus on LGBTQIA+, social justice-related issues, and/or essential services

    Must bring your own table, chairs, and display materials. CBOs will be indoor. 


    Talent


    Must provide a sample of past performances (video links, social media handles, etc.)
    Sound equipment will be provided

  • Pomona Valley Pride Festival Vendor Agreement

  • Acceptance and Payment

    • Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment link. You are required to submit payment for your vendor space within three (3) days of receiving the link. Failure to make the payment within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your vendor spot, and the space may be offered to another vendor.

    Code of Conduct

    • All vendors are required to follow Pomona Valley Pride's Code of Conduct, which ensures a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, or other protected characteristics. You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all times. Any behavior that violates the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

    Pomona Valley Pride Agreement

    • By participating in the Pomona Valley Pride Festival, you agree to comply with all event rules, policies, and guidelines as outlined in this agreement and any additional communications provided by Pomona Valley Pride. This includes respecting the space and other vendors, adhering to setup and takedown times, and ensuring that your booth is safe and accessible for all attendees.

    Refund Policy

    • Due to event logistics and planning, vendor fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. In the event that Pomona Valley Pride cancels the Pomona Valley Pride Festival, all vendors will receive a full refund, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact marketing@pomonavalleypride.org.


    Indemnification

    • As a vendor, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pomona Valley Pride, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, damages, or claims arising from your participation in the Pomona Valley Pride Festival.

    Marketing and Promotion

    • Your organization agrees to promote the Pomona Valley Pride Festival on your platforms and share event information with your networks to encourage community participation and support.

    Photography and Media Release 

    • Vendors grant Pomona Valley Pride permission to photograph, film, and otherwise capture their business and representative(s) for promotional and archival purposes. Vendors understand that these materials may be used on Pomona Valley Pride’s website, social media, and other marketing channels without compensation.

    • All participating organizations are required to follow Pomona Valley Pride's Code of Conduct, which fosters a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, participants, and staff. Your organization and its representatives agree to behave professionally and inclusively. Any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without reimbursement or further participation.


    Adherence to Pomona Valley Pride Festival Guidelines

    • Your organization agrees to comply with all event rules, policies, and guidelines, including setup and takedown times, safety regulations, and any further instructions provided by Pomona Valley Pride. You are responsible for ensuring that your booth or display is safe, accessible, and engaging for all attendees.

    Family Friendly Event 

    • This event is family-friendly, and Talent agrees to ensure their performance and attire are appropriate for all ages. Talent will refrain from using explicit language, performing suggestive content, or wearing revealing attire that may not be suitable for a family audience. Event Organizer reserves the right to request modifications to the performance or attire to align with the event’s family-friendly nature.

    Marketing and Promotion

    • You agree to promote the Pomona Valley Pride Festival on your platforms and share event information with your networks to encourage community participation and support.


    Photography and Media Release 

    • Talent grants Pomona Valley Pride permission to photograph, film, and otherwise capture their performance for promotional and archival purposes. Talent understands that these materials may be used on Pomona Valley Pride’s website, social media, and other marketing channels without additional compensation.
