Liability Waiver
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that laser tag involves physical activity including running, quick movements, and navigating obstacles in a low-light or outdoor environment. I understand these activities may result in slips, falls, collisions, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of myself and my event guests.

2. Responsibility for Guests
As the event host, I agree that I am responsible for ensuring all participants:
Have received notice of the risks of participation.
Follow the rules and safety instructions provided by Blast Em Laser Tag staff.
Behave in a safe and respectful manner.
I agree that minors (under 18) must have the permission of a parent/guardian to participate.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to host a laser tag event with Blast Em Laser Tag, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage to myself, my guests, or property during the event.

4. Damaged or Lost Equipment
I agree to take reasonable care to ensure that laser tag equipment is used properly by all participants. I understand that I may be held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement if equipment is damaged due to reckless misuse by myself or my guests.

5. Safety Rules Agreement
I agree to enforce and ensure compliance with the following rules among my guests:
No physical contact, pushing, or tackling.
No climbing, throwing, or intentionally damaging obstacles or equipment.
No running into unsafe areas or leaving designated play zones.
All instructions from staff must be followed immediately.
Failure to comply may result in removal from play or early termination of the event without refund.

6. Acknowledgment & Signature
By signing this agreement, I confirm that:
I have read and understood this waiver.
I accept responsibility for my guests.
I agree to release Blast 'Em Laser Tag from liability.

7. Cancellation
Cancellation of service will need to be given at least 72 hours before the date of the event for deposit refund. If cancellation occurs with 72 hours of event date, the deposit will not be refunded.
