Dreamers 2025-26 Applications

The Say Somaali Dreamers program will tentatively take place at 34 John St, Toronto, ON. All mandatory sessions run on either Saturdays or Sundays from 3:00 - 7:30 PM.

Saturdays= Grade 9 & 10
Sundays= Grade 11 & 12

Below are the tentative dates for our mandatory sessions during the Fall term (October-May):

Session 1: October 11–12, 2025
Session 2: November 8–9, 2025
Session 3: December 6–7, 2025
Session 4: January 10–11, 2025
Session 5: February 7–8, 2025
Session 6: March 7–8, 2025
Session 7: April 4–5, 2025
Session 8: May 2–3, 2025
Session 9: May 30–31, 2025

We will have additional sessions that will be optional. Those will include fun activities such as trips, combined sessions with the Leaders, and much more.

In order to enroll in the Dreamers program you must be able to attend all the mandatory sessions in person. Exceptions will be made for those who need to miss a session. But if participants have other programs or work that will prevent them from attending the sessions monthly, they will not be able to participate in this program.

There will be a few changes to the program next year:

Location: We will no longer have access to 180 Norseman this year. Our tentative new location is the Weston Artscape Commons (34 John St.), this is where we had our last session. We are still in the process of finalizing this space so we will keep you all posted in sha Allah.
Time: The session time has been changed from 2:30PM-6:30PM to 3PM-7:30PM.
Session days: The days will now be split based on grade;
- Saturday: Grade 9 & 10
- Sunday: Grade 11 & 12
