Exhibitor & Practitioner Call — NESHE 2026 Summit
We are pleased to announce the First Annual New Earth Sound Healing Experience (NESHE) Summit.
We are inviting a curated group of exhibitors, practitioners, and merchants offering sound-healing-adjacent goods, services, and experiences to be part of this full-day gathering.
NESHE brings together an audience of both the curious public and active practitioners, creating a unique environment for connection, exploration, and discovery at the intersection of sound, frequency, and human experience.
🧾 Logistics
Set-up begins: 8:30 AM
Breakdown begins: Approximately 6:45 PM
We ask that exhibitors refrain from breaking down during active sessions to preserve the experience for all participants.
If you require an earlier breakdown time, please contact us in advance.
Application & Registration
Application Deadline: June 1, 2026
Acceptance Notifications: Issued by July 1, 2026
Payment is required to reserve your space upon acceptance.
If your application is not accepted, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days of notification. Once your application has been accepted, no refunds will be issued, unless the event is cancelled.
Additional Notes
WiFi will be limited — please bring your own mobile device for payment processing
Limited electrical outlets are available
We are not currently able to provide a fragrance-free environment
Policies
All payments are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled once your application is accepted.
If you are unable to attend, you may request approval to transfer your space to another qualified participant with advanced notice.
Additional Opportunities
