Greetings, Prospective Food Truck Vendor!

All food truck vendors must complete the following application and provide full payment at the time of application submission for your business to participate at the MSUBA Homecoming Tailgate held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 9:00 AM at IM East 804 East Shaw Lane, East Lansing, MI 48825—entrance on the corner of Wilson and Conrad Rd. The deadline for application submission is Saturday, September 27, 2025. The Fee is $300.00

Incomplete applications will not be considered. By submitting this application, you agree to abide by the MSUBA terms and agreement, COVID-19 safety guidelines, indemnification, and the vendor contract. All applications will need approval from Michigan State University, and vendors will be required to submit any additional documentation requested by the University.

After MSUBA has notified you of your approval, you will receive a copy of the Vendor Agreement/Guidelines Package.
