This form should be used by eligible voters to cast their votes for the 2025 Ditmar Awards for Australian Speculative Fiction. The shortlisted nominees in each category are listed on the Conflux 19 website. Voting closes at 11.59pm (EST) on Thursday 25th September 2025.
Voter eligibility
Voting in the Ditmar Awards has traditionally been open to members of the previous year's Natcon. In light of changes to the Natcon schedule, voting is now open to members (including supporting members) of the Continuum, Conflux or Natcon conferences from 2022-2025.
Your ballot should include your name and email address as they would have appeared in your conference registration. If you have any questions or have difficulty using the online form, please email ditmarawards@gmail.com
How to vote
- Select the category or categories of award you want to vote in below.
- The nominees for each category will appear after you select 'Yes' for that category.
- Each category also includes a 'No Award' option.
- You don't have to vote in every category.
- You can vote in as many categories as you want, but you can only vote in a category once.
- Number your preferences for each category you are voting in, with 1 being your top preference.
- You do not have to number every nominee in a category. For example, you might only want to number your top two preferences (1 and 2) and leave the rest of the nominees un-numbered.
- Leaving a nominee un-numbered does not count as a vote against them.
