Policies / Guidelines

Online applications will be reviewed that are submitted prior to August 23, 2026 or when spaces sell out, whichever comes first.

All spaces available are 10' x 10' vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any other materials required for their booth setup. Only 1 parking pass comes with each booth space.
All applications are subject for review by the Germantown Festival Inc. committee. you will be notified via e mail on your acceptance or denial.
In mid July, your Green information envelope will be mailed out to the address provided on your application. This envelope will include all essential materials such as your parking pass and maps of the festival grounds.
Two weeks before the Festival, you will receive a reminder e-mail that you are responsible for bringing all necessary documontation including your parking pass.
All Festival Communications to vendors will be via email; Germantownfest@gmail.com. throughout the year. Please check emails and spam for important information.
No facepainting allowed in the arts, crafts, or commercial booth spaces. Facepainting is restricted to the Kid Zone area ONLY!
No Gas Generators or inverters are allowed in accordance with the Germantown Fire Marshal. Only Solar or battery generators and inverters are permitted.
Driving on the Festival grounds is strictly prohibited between Saturday 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM Sunday 11:00 AM - 6:15PM This is for the safety of all participants including attendees, volunteers, and vendors.
