As part of a study to understand the longterm impacts of YOTO programming, System Change Partners will be holding virtual focus groups and interviews. Please let us know about your availability to attend and we will reach back out to you as soon as possible to confirm the details.
As a thank you for attending a 1.5 hour focus group, you will be compensated $100. Compensation for a 45 min individual interview is $60. Only verified alums will receive compensation.
What happens to the information you provide?
Your name is used to verify that you have received services from YOTO, but all data collected during the focus groups and interviews will be kept confidential and responses grouped together, so that no personal information is identifiable.
Agreement to participate
Please read the following statements:
- I confirm I participated in YOTO programs between the years of 1986-2020.
- I understand that any data collected during focus groups or interviews will be securely stored and used by System Change Partners and YOTO for research and evaluation purposes only.
- I understand the information I provide about myself is confidential. My identity will not be disclosed for commercial use by a 3rd party or made public without my explicit consent.
- I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I can withdraw at any time.
- I agree I have received adequate information about my participation in the focus groups and understand what will happen to the information I provide.
