1. Attendance & Punctuality
Students must attend all scheduled classes on time.
Late arrival or absence must be reported to the teacher in advance.

2. Qur’an Etiquette (Adab al-Qur’an)
Always begin with Wudu before class.
Sit respectfully during recitation (no lying down, multitasking, or eating).
Keep your Qur’an copy and notebook clean and ready.
Pay attention while others are reciting — no interruptions.

3. Discipline & Respect
Respect teachers, classmates, and the sacred words of Allah.
No disruptive behavior, side conversations, or inappropriate language.

4. Communication
Students should only contact teachers through official channels.
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to stay informed about progress.
Any concerns should be raised respectfully with administration.

5. General Conduct
Maintain sincerity: this program is for Allah’s pleasure.
Strive to review regularly outside of class for best results.
Remember: The Qur’an will intercede for those who honor it.

 

1. Academic Responsibilities
Preparation for the next day’s lesson is the responsibility of both parents and students.
The Qaidah, Tajweed, Islamic Studies, Duas, Arabic Handwriting, and all other books recommended by Tarteel Academy must be purchased by parents.
A 15-line Hifz Qur’an is required for all Naazirah and Hifz students. The teacher will specify which one to buy.
Parents must ensure their children bring their Qur’an, books, and notebooks to class.
Parents must make sure their children review the day’s lesson as instructed by the teacher.
Parents must follow all teacher instructions regarding education.
Full-time Hifz students must practice their homework for at least 2–3 hours daily.
Full-time Maktab students must practice their homework daily.

2. Daily Preparation & Conduct
Parents must ensure their children use the bathroom and make Wudu before coming to class.
Parents should provide their child with their own snacks, lunch, and water.
Teachers will teach students basic hygiene and the Sunnah method of using the bathroom. Parents must continue this training at home.
Students should keep their voices at a normal tone and not disturb others.
Students must show respect to teachers, fellow students, and the Masjid.

3. Attendance & Participation
Parents are required to attend all parent-teacher meetings.
Parents are responsible for bringing their children to all monthly youth or other programs recommended by Tarteel Academy management, as these contribute to student development.

4. Fees & Administration
Parents must pay monthly fees by the 5th of each month. Fees will be collected automatically through our online portal.
If parents have feedback or concerns, they must contact the administration directly, not the teachers.

5. Pick-Up & Safety
Teachers are not responsible for children after the official pick-up time. Parents must arrange alternatives if they are late or unable to pick up.
Parents must provide their children with an Islamic environment at home to reinforce what they learn at the Academy.

6. Final Clause
If Tarteel Academy adds any clause within these rules, parents and students must abide by it.
