    • Rules and Expectations 
      • The party host is responsible for supervising guests at all times.
      • Additional adults are $10 each.
      • Signed waivers required for all guests entering the play areas.
      • Non-slip socks are mandatory for kids, any sock for adults. No shoes or barefoot will be allowed inside the play are for hygienic reasons.
      • Food and drinks are not allowed in play areas.
      • No outside food or drinks (unless pre-approved—with a $75 service fee).
      • For safety: no jewelry, glitter, confetti, shoes in soft play, animals, smoking, alcohol, pyrotechnics, open flames, or rough play. Tie back long hair; jewelry should be stored.
      • Follow staff instructions and respect zone age guidelines. Continued unsafe behavior may end the party early.
    • Cancellations & Damages 

    • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling if canceled more than 14 days before the event—subject to availability.
      Late Cancellations/No‑Shows: Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable; payments are forfeited.
      Institutional Cancellations: Space Play Academy may cancel due to safety concerns, extreme weather, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost.
      Damage Liability: A valid credit card is required on the party day to cover incidental damage or outstanding balances.

    • Fees & Payment Terms 

    • Deposit: 40% due at booking (non-refundable)
      Final Payment: Due no later than 14 days before the party
      Payment Methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH Transfer, Cash
