If you sell food/consumable items, YOU MUST SUBMIT your Permit Number or your application will not be accepted.
Vendors will be selected based on product variety and quality, and the order in which paid applications are received. If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund. ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE (unless in the rare occasion that the event is canceled) AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

While HOMETOWN CHRISTMAS is a TWO DAY event, the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce is ONLY HOSTING VENDORS for DECEMBER 4. The Chamber will NOT be hosting vendors during the Hometown Christmas PARADE.
Booth Options (December 4 ONLY)

Any vendor who sells consumable products MUST submit a PLACER COUNTY permit number or your application will not be accepted. This applies to both Food Trucks and commercial vendors who are selling items like candy or baked goods.

Commercial Vendor (December 4)$75.00

Event runs from 5 pm to 8 pm. Set-up begins at 3:00 pm (NOT EARLIER). All vendors will be outdoors and set up on 5th and F streets. Vendor spots will be assigned before the event and emailed to approved vendors prior to the event. All spots are 10x10. Pop-up tents and personal lighting are highly recommended. Vendors must provide their own set-up.

Non-Profit (December 4)$ Free

Please list your non-profit under Business Name. There are NO SALES allowed at non-profit booths. You do not need to include photos of products as suggested above. Event runs from 5 pm to 8 pm. Set-up begins at 3:00 (NOT EARLIER). All vendors will be outdoors and set up on 5th and F streets. Vendor spots will be assigned before the event and emailed to approved vendors prior to the event. All spots are 10x10. Pop-up tents and personal lighting are highly recommended. Vendors must provide their own set-up.

Food Truck Vendor (December 4)$150.00

Event runs from 5 pm to 8 pm. Food Trucks (or booth set-ups that operate similar to a Food Truck) must be prepared to serve food by 5 pm, though this event often has early shoppers. You must provide your PLACER COUNTY health department permit number for your application to be approved.

Downtown Lincoln Business (December 4)$25.00

If you own a brick-and-mortar store on 5th or F where the event will be taking place, and you would like a booth in the vendor rows, use this option. Your assigned vendor spot will be in front of your establishment. Event runs from 5 pm to 8 pm. Set-up begins at 3:00 pm (NOT EARLIER). All vendors will be outdoors and set up on 5th and F streets. Vendor spots will be assigned and emailed to vendors prior to the event. All spots are 10x10. Pop-up tents and personal lighting are highly recommended. Vendors must provide their own set-up.
