CREDIT BUILDER INSTALLMENT

Total Due and Reporting ObligationsThe Total Due at Enrollment consists of the One-Time Program Fee (1% of the designated reporting amount) plus the $20 Administrative Fee. This is a one-time charge only. No additional monthly payments will be collected under this Agreement.Your installment account will be reported for a fixed 36-month term as Pays as Agreed, provided it remains active and in good standing. Although no recurring payments are collected from you, a scheduled payment amount will be reported each month for credit reporting purposes. At the conclusion of the term, the account will be updated as Paid in Full / Closed in the next reporting cycle.All reporting is furnished to the consumer reporting agencies in compliance with Metro 2® guidelines, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all applicable laws.

1. Program OverviewThis is a Credit Builder Installment Reporting Program. No cash or loan proceeds will be disbursed to you. The purpose of this program is to furnish agreed installment information to one or more consumer reporting agencies in order to help you build or re-establish a positive payment history.2. No Guarantee of Score IncreaseCredit scores are determined by third-party credit bureaus using proprietary models. We make no guarantee of any specific credit score increase, approval outcome, or lending decision.3. Identity VerificationYou agree to upload a valid government-issued identification document and a recent utility bill. We may use third-party verification tools to confirm your identity and prevent fraud.4. Fees • One-Time Program Fee: A one-time fee equal to one percent (1%) of the designated contract amount is charged at enrollment. • Administrative Fee: A $20 non-refundable administrative fee is also charged at enrollment. • Non-Recurring Payments: No additional monthly payments will be collected under this Agreement. • Non-Refundable Notice: Administrative Fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted, except where prohibited by law. The One-Time Program Fee is earned at enrollment and non-refundable once reporting has begun.5. Reporting TermEach installment account will be reported to the consumer reporting agency(ies) with a fixed thirty-six (36) month term. The account will be reported as Pays as Agreed for the full duration of the term, provided it remains active and in good standing.6. Completion / Paid StatusAt the conclusion of the 36-month reporting term, the account will be reported as Paid in Full / Closed in the next reporting cycle.7. No Cash ProceedsThis program does not involve the disbursement of funds. No loan proceeds or cash payments will be made to the Client.8. Permanency of ReportingOnce furnished, the account will appear as part of the Client’s credit history for the full reporting term and, as with all tradelines, may remain on the Client’s credit file in accordance with federal credit reporting standards.9. Disputes of AccuracyIf you believe information we furnished is inaccurate, you may submit a Direct Dispute in accordance with our Furnisher Dispute Procedure. We will investigate all disputes and respond in accordance with applicable law.10. Payment AuthorizationBy signing and submitting this form, you authorize 1348 Capital LLC (The Bureau Kingz) to charge the Total Amount displayed on this form to your designated payment method via Stripe. You certify that you are an authorized user of the card or account provided. Initiating a chargeback for an authorized payment may result in immediate cancellation of services and cessation of credit reporting.11. Billing DescriptorCharges may appear on your payment account statement as: The Bureau Kingz.12. Electronic Records (E-SIGN Consent)By signing, you consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in accordance with the E-SIGN Act. To access and retain records, you must have a compatible device, internet access, and the ability to view and store PDF documents. You may withdraw consent or request paper copies at no additional cost by contacting contracts@thebureaukingz.com.13. Communication Consent (TCPA Notice)By enrolling, you consent to receive account-related communications by email, text message, and/or automated calls. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.14. Prohibited Use of CPNsWe do not accept Credit Privacy Numbers (CPNs), synthetic identities, or false identifying information. You must provide your real Social Security Number. If a CPN or fraudulent identifier is used, your account will be immediately canceled, no refund will be issued, and the matter may be reported as fraud.15. Compliance NoticeAll reporting is conducted in accordance with Metro 2® guidelines, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all applicable federal and state laws.16. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

To outline how the Company receives, investigates, and resolves disputes regarding the accuracy or completeness of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies, in compliance with the FCRA Section 623 and Metro 2® guidelines.2. ScopeApplies to all accounts reported by the Company to Experian or any CRA, including:Indirect disputes received via e-OSCAR.Direct disputes received from consumers or their representatives.3. Dispute IntakeIndirect: All e-OSCAR disputes are reviewed within 1 business day.Direct: Consumers may submit disputes by email or mail. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

• This is a Credit Builder Installment Reporting Program designed solely for credit-building purposes. • No cash or loan proceeds will be disbursed to the Client. • All reporting is conducted in compliance with Metro 2® guidelines, the FCRA, and all applicable laws. • The Client acknowledges that results may vary and that no guarantee of any specific credit score increase, approval, or lending decision is expressed or implied.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood the above Disclosures and the full Credit Builder Installment Program Terms. I acknowledge that this program does not involve the disbursement of cash or loan proceeds, that all fees are properly disclosed, and that no guarantee of any credit score increase, approval, or lending decision is expressed or implied.

Your account will remain in Active / Good Standing status during the reporting term as long as it complies with this Agreement. Reporting may cease if the account is canceled, terminated for misuse, found to contain false or fraudulent information, or becomes subject to a chargeback.At the conclusion of the 36-month reporting term, accounts will be updated as Paid in Full / Closed in the next reporting cycle.
