Custom Tea Order Form

Create your dream team blend
Create your own custom tea blend! You can select up to 3 tea bases and add as many other ingredients as you’d like to make it uniquely yours. All blends come in 4 oz jars, with prices ranging from $5–$10 depending on the ingredients chosen. Shipping or delivery will also depend on your location. After you submit your order, we’ll reach out to confirm your blend details and final price. Payments are accepted through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and cash once order has been confirmed.

Have a fun name idea for your tea? Be sure to include it in the special requests section. If you’re not sure which flavors to choose, simply select “none” for the ingredients and tell us a little about who or what the tea is for in that special requests section—we’ll work with you to design the perfect blend. You’re also welcome to request any of the blends you’ve seen featured on our social media!
