* If data plan is ordered more than the minimum amount, the minimum amount is waived. If no usage is found, client will be invoiced the minimum fee.

Payment Method
For the usage, Client will be charged for all usage as of the end of the month, and will be invoiced by the 15th of the following month. Client will be given NET 15 from the date of the invoice.

Data plan sheet will be given from NXT Square. Any changes will be notified via email.
