  • Booth Selection

The Colorado College Arts and Crafts Fair charges a flat fee for artists depending on the booth space desired. For 10’x10’ and 6’x6’ unfurnished booths, artists must bring their own display, props, fixtures, etc.; for 3’X6’ and two 3’x6’ table reservations, only requested table(s) and chair will be provided. Exhibitors are responsible for the operation of their space all hours of the sale as well as for the transportation, insurance, security, and sale of their work. Booths will be located on multiple levels of the Worner building and assigned by Arts and Crafts staff. We will have some spaces available that can be locked and secured overnight. For those spaces that are not located in those areas we will have security present in the building overnight.
  • Supporting Artists

  • The Arts and Crafts program is dedicated to breaking down barriers to art opportunities. To create greater access, individual artists who have never participated in the Colorado College art fair before and find the booth fee a barrier to their participation are eligible to pay what you can.

This is a trust-based system, and we ask that you support this initative and hold space for those who truly need this option to participate. This would provide the artist a 3'x6' table. There are limited number of spaces available, and we may not be able to accomodate all requests.

  • Artist Portfolio

About your work and documentation of your art booth presentations. Artist Collectives should submit at least one work of all artist participating and include a full list of participants.
