FallFest26 Vendor Inquiry

Please complete this form if you'd like to be considered for vendor space at the Voices of Winged Warriors FallFest26 on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, from 1-4 p.m.

Space is limited and you may not be selected to vendor. Selected vendors will be provided with one six foot table, a table cloth, and two chairs. VOWW reserves the right to select vendors that will support the organization's mission, goals, and participant preferences.

Selected vendors must be availaible for the full length of the event. Set up begins at 11 a.m. Vendors must be fully set up by the event start time of 1 p.m. Vendor spaces must be cleared by 5 p.m. following the close of the event at 4 p.m.
