The following are room requirements for the AstroSphere. Please check each box, acknowledging your facility is able to meet each of these requirements:

A totally silent space, away from all other noise and activities
An indoor location, on the ground (not a stage)
24ft of cleared floor space (length and width of room)
10.5ft of cleared ceiling space (including light fixtures or anything else hanging)
At least 2 accessible working outlets
After arriving at the front office or check in area, where is the best location to offload equipment?
I acknowledge that there is a $50 fee for every time the AstroSphere has to be set up and taken down.

A maximum of 4 programs in a single day. Each program is 30-45mins long, but require a 1-hr block of time for each session
What would be the possible start and end time of the day?

It takes 1-hour to set up the AstroSphere prior to the first class. Please note that educators are not able to leave Columbia, SC before 6:30am.
