Pittsburgh Skin requires a credit card, debit card, HSA or FSA card on file. This card will be used to pay any remaining balance after insurance processes your claim. You will receive an email or paper statement with the office statement and any balance due. The balance will be charged to the card on file ten days later. If you would like to change the mode of payment, please notify our office within this ten-day period. If the payment fails or declines, you will receive a collection statement.
