    Once you submit this form with your preferred program, date and time, we will get back to you within a week to confirm your booking, or offer alternative dates/times.
  • Program Times and Arrival Times

    We offer programs at 10:00am and 11:30am. When you select a date below you will also select your preferred program time. If a date or time is not on the below calendar it means it is not available, and you should select an alternative option. Programs are 45 minutes in length and take place in the Foster Theater. For 10:00 AM programs, groups should arrive at 9:45 AM, attend the program in the Foster Theater at 10:00 AM, and then explore the museum afterwards. For 11:30 AM programs, groups should arrive at 10:00 AM, explore the museum first, and attend the program at 11:30 AM. 
  • Note about lunch space.

    Due to construction in relation to our building expansion, we will be unable to guarantee a lunch space for school groups. Ahead of your trip we will let you know the available options for eating lunch at the Rock Hall. Our temporary café (October-May) cannot accommodate school groups for lunches.
