Selection of Volunteer Shifts

RMDSA needs volunteers during the week prior to the Step Up Walk and during the actual event. Below are various volunteer opportunties on different dates. Please only select the dates and times that you are available. We will create the final volunteer schedule based on the information selected below.
Sat, September 26th
Unloading supplies from the trucks, setting up fencing, tents, tables and other items in City Park in Denver on Saturday, Sept 26th. This is a very physically involved shift. Only volunteers age 15+ years old.
Sun, September 27th
Select 3-4 volunteer roles and shifts you are interested in doing and times you are available.

Volunteer Liability Release I hereby agree to hold Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association harmless for any injuries to my person or personal property while volunteering at said event(s). RMDSA will conduct its business in a safe and controlled manner to the best of its ability, and I am responsible for my own negligent acts that might lead to injury of self or personal property. I understand that RMDSA events are captured on video, voice recordings, still photography, etc., and I hereby acknowledge that my image or likeness that is captured may be used at the sole discretion of RMDSA. I understand that my volunteer work may require physical effort, including bending, lifting, walking, or kneeling. By signing below I agree to these and other physical activities associated with my volunteering for RMDSA unless I otherwise state or request that physical activity not be a part of my volunteer assignments. I am in good health and able to acknowledge the conditions stated above. I understand that I shall receive no compensation for participating as a volunteer for RMDSA. To protect myself, my co-workers, and the public, I will follow safety precautions to the best of my ability.
