Thank you for choosing me to create your memory bear from your treasured items! I specialize in premium bears made from dance costumes, but offer a variety of other bears to create a masterpiece worthy of your shelf display. All bears are custom designed based on the unique garment you provide. Though I do use a template, often times I will customize pieces of the pattern to display the garment's best features. Please note that all prices listed are base prices, and can increase based on intricacy or the need for additional supplies, like fabric.

Quilted Pillow
New Product 2026! This pillow is uniquely customized to feature pieces of multiple garments in a special keepsake! Hand embroidery is included in the cost of this pillow. This is ideal for a dancer with multiple costumes in a dance season, or to commemorate your favorite costumes throughout the years.

Embroidering the bear's feet is an added touch to customize your bear. Each foot allows up to 12 letters across, and up to 3 lines. Common embroidery includes names, birthdates, passing dates, dance styles, sports team names, and years.

Embroidery is included in the cost of the Encore Bear and Quilted Pillow. Please enter the dancer's name in the right foot field, and dance style & year in the left foot field.

For Quilted Pillow, please enter dancer's name and if you would like to include a year, you may add that to the same box.

For all other bears, embroidery can be added to one or both feet for an additional fee of $5 per foot.

Important Info:
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ORDER OF COMPLETION -

Projects are completed in the order that I receive garments (assuming order form is completed) NOT in order I receive order forms.

For example: If I receive an order in March, and that customer has not produced garments, and you place an order in April and produce your garments right away, I will not stall your project waiting for the other customer.
Garments must be given in a garment bag or ziplock bag with your name written on it. Garments must be cleaned to your satisfaction prior to providing them to me. I will not spot clean or wash any garments due to the risk of fabric damage. If there is a stain, I will do my best to avoid it when cutting the pattern, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally, the garments provided do not supply enough fabric to construct the bear. (This happens most often with Encore Bears.) If this occurs, a comparable fabric will be sought and purchased to complete your bear at an additional charge. Charge will be discussed with you prior to purchase, and will be based on fabric cost.
Allergies: Please notify me if anyone in your household has a peanut / tree nut allergy. I often snack on nuts, but will refrain from these foods before working on your project.
Allergies: We are a non-smoking, 1 kitty, 1 puppy household.
I agree to give complete artistic creativity to Meaghan Donaghy for my customized bear. I understand that an anticipated completion date will be given at the time Meaghan receives garment(s) and the order form(s) and/or consultations have been concluded. Fabric remnants will be returned to you unless you request otherwise. I understand that full payment is required at time of delivery of completed project. Once I am notified that my project is complete, I will have 30 days to make payment and collect my bears. Payments can be cash or Venmo.
