How to Access Your TopHand Membership

You’re welcome to use the facility anytime outside of our peak hours, which are: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. If you plan to come when the facility is closed, you can still get in using our lock box keypad. To request the access code, simply send a message to Sarah Jane 434-594-7112 or Rustin 757-537-8480 ahead of time.
Facility Use Guidelines

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, please follow these basic rules: Clean up after yourself. Return equipment to its proper place. No guests are allowed unless previously approved. Use equipment responsibly and avoid damaging any property. Report any issues (e.g. broken equipment, safety concerns) to Sarah Jane or Rustin. Be respectful of others’ time and space if sharing the facility. You will be responsible for locking the building and returning the key before leaving the facility. We appreciate your cooperation and are excited to have you as part of the TopHand family!
