Disclaimer: If your department or institution requires sign language interpreting services for faculty, staff, or public events, the Office for Access & Accommodations (OAA) at SIU Carbondale may be able to assist. OAA will invoice your department for the service costs, which vary based on interpreter availability, the type of communication at the event, and the preferences of the Deaf/HH consumers involved. The invoice and payment request will be sent using the contact information provided. You will receive confirmation once your request is processed. Please allow at least 48 hours advance notice for most requests.
