Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor for the First Annual Brandy Springs BOO-nanza 2025! This event will consist of a Halloween Party, Costume Contest, Halloween Parade, Trunk or Treat, Vendors, Food Trucks, and more.
With your help, we cane help the community fall into some fun! Please register using the form below by October 11, 2025.

Exhibitors must furnish their own displays, tables, table coverings, chairs, canopies, etc. Please make your area attractive. By digitally signing this agreement below, you certify that you understand and agree to the following:
1. You will remain set up for the entire duration of the event.
2. This is an application. It may be rejected for any reason that the Mercer Area Chamber of Commerce feels necessary. However, the most likely causes for rejection would be if there is already a vendor with very similar offerings. In this case, the first vendor with the offering will receive the spot.
3. THERE ARE TO BE NO FIRES (NOT EVEN CANDLES) ON SITE.
4. YOU MAY NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE GROUND ON THE COURTHOUSE LAWN (STAKES OR OTHERWISE.)
5. No electric will be provided.
5. Proper insurance and protection of work and displays are the responsibility of the artist/commercial vendor. Sponsors will not be responsible for damage to work or displays for any reason.
The event will be held at Brandy Springs Park, 197 William T Wardle Dr, Mercer, PA 16137. Vendors will be provided with the map of their set up location approximately one week before the event. Set up will be from 11:00am-2:00pm with the event running from 2:00-4:00pm. The parade begins at 4pm, and tear down may begin at that time, but no vehicles may be nived during the time of the parade from 4:00-4:30 for safety reasons.
