Terms of Service – Can2CurbWelcome to Can2Curb! By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Service ScopeOur service includes rolling your trash and/or recycling cans from your house or designated pickup area to the curb for collection and, if included in your service plan, returning them after collection.
We do not roll cans back to the house unless specifically noted in your service plan.
Scheduling & CancellationYou may cancel service at any time.
No cancellation fees apply.
No prior notice is required to stop or pause service.
Apartment & Multi-Unit ResidentsIf you live in an apartment or multi-unit property, trash may not be set outside your door before 7:00 PM in compliance with community and sanitation guidelines.
LiabilityCan2Curb is not responsible for missed collections caused by city/county waste management delays or restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring cans are accessible (e.g., free from locked gates, blocked driveways, or pets).
PaymentPayment terms will be outlined at the time of sign-up. Missed or late payments will result in service suspension.
Changes to TermsCan2Curb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future services.
