IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SS EQUIPMENT WINTER SERVICE SPECIALS:
ON-SITE, FIXED-RATE EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS:
- $399 each for tractors, windrowers, balewagons, mower-conditioners, excavators, skidsteers, compact track loaders, wheel loaders, backhoes and telehandlers.
- $599 each for balers.
- $799 each for self-propelled forage harvesters, sprayers or CX/CR combines.
- Each inspection comes with a technician-backed estimate, clearly outlining critical repairs and proactive maintenance to maximize your equipment’s reliability in the season ahead.
- Inspection travel time and mileage included for equipment within 60 miles of SS Equipment.
- Offer valid on New Holland equipment, model year 2000 or newer.
- Inspection fee due upfront for cash customers.
- Just need parts? Save 10% on regular New Holland parts pricing when you order parts for inspected equipment by December 31, 2025.
WINTER SERVICE WORK ORDERS TOTALLING $3,000 OR MORE (PER UNIT):
- Save 10% on regular New Holland parts pricing, and 10% on regular labor rates for Winter Service sign-ups received by December 31, 2025.
- Save an additional 5% off parts and labor (for a total of 15% off each) when you sign up specific equipment by October 31, 2025.
- Parts discount exclusions apply including, but not limited to: twine, oil, and non-CNH parts.
- Equipment signed up for Winter Service must be made available to SS Equipment within the time period scheduled by the Service Manager. Discount eligibility may be forfeited if equipment is unavailable for repairs at the time it has been scheduled.
- Hauling not included in work order total for discount eligibility.
- Initial deposit or pre-payment may be required for the ordering of large, non-refundable parts.
- Deposit waived for customers set up with CNH Productivity Plus as default payment method.
WINTER SERVICE HAULING:
- Pay for pick-up hauling and receive the return hauling at no charge when you have us complete $3,000 or more (per unit) in Winter Service work.
- Pick-up hauling charges due on day of equipment pick up.
- Cash customers may pay by check at point-of-pick up, or call in to SS Equipment to pay over the phone by credit card. Winter Service work will not commence until pick-up hauling charges are paid.
- Exception: Customers set up with CNH Productivity Plus will have their hauling charges billed with their final Winter Service work order.
CASH & CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS:
- Payment is due in full at the time of service completion.
- SS Equipment will apply any un-applied deposits to the final Winter Service work order.
- When applicable, return hauling will not be scheduled until outstanding work order(s) have been paid in full.
- When applicable, subject equipment stored at SS Equipment will not be released back to the customer until outstanding work order(s) have been paid in full.
- Work orders not settled within 7 days of completion will forfeit applicable Winter Service discounts.
CNH PRODUCTIVITY PLUS CUSTOMERS:
- SS Equipment will charge your Productivity Plus account for all Winter Service and hauling as one work order for each applicable unit at the completion of Winter Service repairs.
- Work orders totaling $1000 to $4999 will receive 90 days no interest and no payments.
- Work orders totaling $5000 or more will be split by CNH into 12 monthly no-interest installments, or:
- Customer may instead request no-payments and no-interest until July 2026 during Winter Service sign up.
- CNH Productivity Plus financing offers are subject to program availability by CNH. Financing offers for Winter Service work on non-New Holland equipment will differ; customer will receive best available financing offer for equipment type.
- If SS Equipment is unable to charge Productivity Plus for Winter service work, equipment will not be released until an alternate form of payment is presented. Work orders not settled within 7 days of completion will forfeit applicable Winter Service discounts.
