  • Eligibility Notice: This application is intended for high school students who are currently attending MTECH. It is not for future students or adult learners.

    If you are a soon to be graduating senior planning to attend MTECH as an adult student after high school, please complete the FAFSA and the MTECH General Scholarship Application instead.

    Awards are need-based and may be up to $500, covering required course materials and program fees only—not tuition. Students may receive this award once per year, and all applicants will be screened for financial need.

    • Be currently enrolled at MTECH
    • Live in Utah and attend a Utah high school, online high school, or homeschool program
    • Submit a letter of recommendation from your current MTECH instructor 
    • Not be an adult student or graduating senior transitioning to adult status
    • Need financial help with required course materials or program fees (not tuition)
    • Not have already received this award in the current school year
