    The inaugural cohort will begin their program in January of 2025. The goal of LaunchNKY is to cultivate and connect ethical, visionary, and effective leaders for the betterment of our Northern Kentucky community.

    IMPORTANT DETAILS

    Participation in LaunchNKY is open to all persons living or working in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area.
    Tuition is non-refundable and covers all program costs including meals, materials, supplies, and supplemental transportation throughout the year.

    Tuition rates for 2026:

    $4000 - Full Chamber Member
    $5000 - Non-Chamber Member & Business Council Rate


    There is a $30 non-refundable application fee.
    The number of applications far exceeds the number of class spots each year, applicants who are not selected are encouraged to reapply next year. 
    This is a professional development program, and as leaders, you are expected to demonstrate conduct that reflects this standard.


    ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

    Attendance at all sessions is expected and required. If an absence is unavoidable, class members will receive a maximum of two excused absences. More than two absences will lead to withdrawal from the program and tuition will not be refunded. Missing 2 or more hours from any session will count as a full-day absence.

    Regular Sessions are typically one full day per month from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Pre-work is required in order to help class members prepare for session days.
    You will be expected to participate in activities outside of session days to prepare for and enhance session days.
    LaunchNKY is a big commitment! Please confirm you can commit to the time and engagement level before applying. If you are not able to make this commitment, this may not be the best time for you to apply. 
    Session dates for the class of 2026 have NOT been confirmed.

    Important: We highly recommend drafting your responses in a separate document to prevent data loss and to check for spelling and grammatical errors before submitting.

    Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to your business email address containing all the details you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application was not successfully submitted.

    Your references will be automatically notified and asked to submit a confidential reference on your behalf. These references will be reviewed solely by the selection committee, and applicants will not have access to the submitted content.

    Limited financial assistance is available for candidates from nonprofits, minority-owned businesses, or small businesses with fewer than 10 full-time employees. Full tuition coverage is not available.
