Create a short introduction of your nominee to be used by MAEO if they are selected

This can be a headshot, yearbook photo or candid classroom photo as long as the individual is the only person in the photo. This will be used as a part of the presentation.

AWARD WINNERS:

1) are publicly recognized at the spring conference on May 1, though not required, please encourage your award winner(s) attend (not required but highly preferred)

2) receive monetary awards in late May
- to be spent by the end of the school year
- spefically tied to enriching their school or partner program
- with specific instructions sent to the recipient
3) will be asked- not required- to present at the MAEO conference the following year
