1. This contract MUST be received WITH your payment no later than October 11, 2025. If not, then you will be scheduled later November 4th and will be charged $199.00 within 30 miles and $250.00 for anywhere over 30 miles.

2. We are planning to winterize all units at one time per campground. NOTE: We have master keys but they do not work on dead bolts. IF YOUR DEADBOLT IS LOCKED, WE CAN’T GET IN. You would have to make arrangements for an additional trip and a $140.00 service call.

3. We suggest removal of all foods, including canned items and all beverages. We recommend you lift cushions on couches & chairs to allow air to circulate. Close all blinds. Please remove or store outdoor items such as furniture and grills.

4. You are responsible for disconnecting and storing your water hose. Put your slides in before you leave for the season. We suggest that you clean off the slides before closing them. Leave your electric cord out, we will put it away for you unless you request it to be left out during winter.

5. Winterization includes blowing out the lines, winterizing the traps, draining the water heater and winterizing the toilet.

6. All work is guaranteed against broken pipes. This EXCLUDES washers & seals which can dry out. In the Spring, when water is turned on, they may grip for a few days until they expand.

7. Be sure that all information on this form is correct, any damage that occurs from incorrect information will not be garuenteed by Youngs RV.
