Franchise owners and staff can attend training at no cost within the first year of business (code SS1YEAR), Top Gun Franchisees (code TG1YEAR), and for Field Training Partners (code FTPR) attending classes. Full price will be charged if you do not fall within one of these categories.

Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your FA you signed when you first purchased your franchise. The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand. This document is from The Neighborly legal team and pertains to all concepts. Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you. Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow Restoration training. The agreement will be emailed to you along with your confirmation.
