Please be aware that Helpers under age 15 may not be able to assist with all programs. Helpers will need to sign a Confidentiality Form, a Code of Conduct Form. **If you will turn 18 years of age by the time of programming, a background check will need to be completed.

This includes wearing shoes at all times, covered mid-drifts and cleavage, one-piece swimsuits for women, no bare chests for men including when swimming.Adhere to all REACH 907 policies and procedures. This includes: Policies on reporting abuse, policies regarding medical and spiritual issues and confidentiality, and REACH 907position statement on social media.Lead by Example by following all REACH907 Rules, including but not limited to: be where you are assigned, be respectful in word and action, no roughhousing, and regularly report to supervising adult.Participate in singing and teaching times and encourage kids to do as well.Allow the Holy Spirit to minister hope to me when I feel hurt, rejected or like my time at REACH 907 doesn’t matter. Remember that “I showed up” and that’s key to ministry.Say good-bye to kids with a silent prayer, side hug and God’s continued work in their lives.Attend staff debriefing at the end of programming and volunteer appreciation dinner.Uphold REACH 907 statement of faithCommit to attending and engaging for the full duration of the event/programming you are signing up for.
