Early registration is now closed. Registration is currently $80 until the day of the event. All registration fees are optional to allow for maximum participation. If you would like to make a donation to UCSRB to cover summit costs for others please also enter the amount of your donation.

Additional donations to cover summit costs are welcome- just add the amount you would like to donate to the registration fee.

Once you submit your form you will be directed to submit a credit or debit card payment via PayPal. If you would like to pay another way (check or cash for individual or group) please enter a zero and contact Leslie Selgestad (leslie.selgestad@ucsrb.org) for payment. Registration fee is refundable upon request until January 15th.

A registration confirmation and receipt will be sent via the email listed above.
