THIS AGREEMENT is made for the weekend of 9/12-9/14 New England Regionals between the dog handler who filled out this form ("Client") and Uzi Photography (“Photographer”).
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Photographer will be on the field for Obedience and Protection for Clients who ordered and paid for event photo package. 40 full resolution, edited photos will be delivered to Client within approximately 4 weeks of the event.
CONSISTENCY Photographer will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are produced in a style consistent with Photographer’s current portfolio.
NO REFUND Client acknowledges and agrees that Cancellation by Client will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of Cancellation by Client.
OWNERSHIP OF PHOTOS Photographer will own the right to use the photos. Client hereby grants Photographer license to use materials captured. Photographer retains the right to use photos as part of any Work Product or in connection with the marketing, advertising or promotion of Photographer’s services.
PERSONAL USE Client can use Work Product for Client’s Personal Use, provided that Client does not remove any attribution notices included by Photographer in any Work Product. Client will not make use of the Work Product without Photographer’s prior written consent, for commercial sale or use.
