  • Lenses

    • Lenses are guaranteed to match your prescription and be free of defects.
    • Your order will arrive within two weeks. You will be notified if there are any delays.
    • There are no refunds for custom-made lenses, as they cannot be resold.
    • One remake within 60 days is included if your prescription has changed or a defect has been detected.
    • 1-year warranty applies to anti-reflective (AR) coatings that are chipped or scratched. A $20 processing fee is due and does not cover damage from misuse (scratches, pets, accidents, sitting/bending, etc.).
  • Optional Service Fees

    To keep pricing transparent and service timely, the following optional charges may apply if these services are requested:

    • Frame Restyle – $50
      Covers consultation and adjustments to update the look and fit of an existing frame (measurements, reshaping, or reassembly as needed).
    • Patient’s Own Frame (POF) Handling – $29
      Offsets the additional time and care required to inspect, clean, and safely mount lenses into a frame not purchased here (which may be older, worn, or out of warranty).
    • Rush Order – $50
      Reflects prioritized lab processing and expedited shipping to meet an accelerated turnaround.
  • Frames

    • New frames purchased carry a 1-year warranty against defects and scratches.
    • Discounted or discontinued styles may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
    • Your frame: While we accept frames purchased in the past or from another provider, you accept the risk that your frame could be lost or damaged during the manufacturing of your lenses. No refunds or compensation are available if a new frame is not purchased at the time of service.
  • Prescription Lens & Frame Agreement

    This agreement explains how your lenses and frames are made, the warranty coverage, and the refund or exchange rules. It also explains the risks if you choose to use your own frame.
