2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS
All payments must be paid on or before the due date. If the payment is not received 1 week after the due date the student may not be able to participate in class until the payments are up to date.
Electronic payments can be made via the 'How to Pay' section on the bottom of your invoice.
When making a payment via bank transfer please reference the student’s FULL name.
All forms of payment details will be listed on invoices.
All payments and deposits to Central Qld APDA Dance Inc non-refundable unless agreed upon by Central Qld APDA Dance Inc under exceptional and extreme circumstances.
EFTPOS
Is available at class.
CLASS FEES
Class fees are charge as an annual payment of $600.
If you choose, the club can invoice you in 3 instalments. Last payment due April 30 2026.
There are no makeup or refunds for missed classes. Fees should be paid within the due date, and will incur a late fee if paid beyond this date.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Dancers are to abide by the APDA's Member Code of Conduct which will be emailed to you upon registration.
