Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance of the project. The artist carefully reviews each request and kindly reserves the right to decline projects if she feels her services are not the best fit for your vision.
Revisions are not included in the process (each piece is created in the artist's signature style based off your selection).
I have reviewed the pricing guide on the Thundercloud Creative website and understand that custom edits to size, background, and delivery date may incur additional charges.
Once the artist agrees upon the project, payment is due in full before the painting process begins (Note: if full payment up front is not feasible for you, I am open to arranging a payment plans with you!).

Example: I want a 8"x10" acrylic painting of my mom's cat Jubilee on paper to display above her desk at work. She is a rescue from the desert and is very goofy and sweet. I'd like to include her favorite fishy toy and hot pink collar in the portrait if possible (I'll include pics for reference). Please make the background sage green (I'll also include a screenshot of the color sample). This is a gift so I'd like to include the message: "Happy Mother's Day, to our Mommy! Love, Sage & Jubilee"
