    FRESH Start Betrayal Recovery Program
    Terms & Conditions

    (PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU AGREE)

    1. Program Access. Enrollment in the FRESH Start Betrayal Recovery Program grants you access to video lessons, live group coaching sessions, and accompanying resources for 95 days from your enrollment date. All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for teaching, resale, or commercial purposes without written permission from Clifton Brantley.

    2. Continued Access. After the initial 95-day access period, you may continue attending live group coaching sessions with a monthly subscription. Ask Clifton Brantley for details.

    3. Payments & Refunds. All payments must be made in full prior to participation. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of attendance or completion status.

    4. Confidentiality & Group Setting. While confidentiality is encouraged, this is a group environment and absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any information you choose to share during sessions or within the program community.

    5. Audio & Video Recording Consent. All live sessions (including audio, video, and chat) may be recorded for quality assurance, educational, promotional, and commercial purposes. By enrolling and participating, you grant Clifton Brantley a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and distribute such recordings, in whole or in part, in any format or medium, without compensation or further approval. Camera use is optional; however, by joining live sessions, you consent to the recording of your image, voice, and/or participation as outlined herein.

    6. Coaching and Spiritual Development Disclaimer. This program provides educational coaching. This is not therapy, counseling, medical, or psychological treatment. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being. Clifton Brantley, staff, associates, guest speakers assume no liability for outcomes resulting from your participation.

Spiritual Development: The program includes spiritual development and is grounded in biblical principles. You do not have to be a Christian to participate; however, by enrolling you agree to engage respectfully with faith-informed content and to complete assignments that may include Bible readings or reflection on biblical teachings as part of the curriculum.

    7. Private Session & Group Coaching Overlap. If you choose to participate in private sessions, you acknowledge that your coach may address topics or challenges in the live group meetings that are similar to those discussed privately. This is because multiple couples often experience the same struggles during the recovery process.

Please note that your coach will never share any private, personal, or identifying information from a private session during group coaching. If a topic you discussed privately is addressed in a group setting, no one will know it relates to you unless you choose to share that yourself. You are never required to disclose anything personal to the group, and that decision remains entirely your responsibility.

    8. Conduct. You agree to engage respectfully and constructively with the coach and other participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund and without future eligibility to participate. You may not be a Christian. However you understand that there will be Christian principles used in the course materials and teachings.

    9. Intellectual Property. All program content—including the FRESH Framework, curricula, videos, worksheets, and other materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Clifton Brantley and is protected by applicable laws. Materials may not be copied, shared, modified, distributed, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

    10. Technology Requirements. You are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and access to platforms (e.g., Zoom) used to deliver the program. Technical difficulties on your end do not warrant refunds or extensions.

    11. Program Adjustments. Clifton Brantley reserves the right to adjust session dates, times, formats, and materials as needed to maintain program quality. Notice of significant changes will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

    12. Live Meetings. Live meetings are designed to enhance learning through teaching and group coaching; some sessions may include additional training. Camera use is optional, but by attending you acknowledge your voice or image may be visible to other participants and included in recordings as described in Section 5.
