What Information do you Have or Know about the Equine
I understand that Double D is a short term Boarding Facility. I understand that Boarding is for 30 days and not longer than 90 days. I also understand that the terms of this agreement are for 30 days and the price of services can change after 30 days.

I agree to pay all Invoices/Notices in full before the Equine will be released to my possession. I agree to a $10 a day late fee for all Invoices/Notices not paid within 48 hours of being received. If I fail to pay these Invoices/Notices and become 30 days over due I agree that the equine becomes the property of Diana Darnall/Double D Animal Rescue and Community Services.

I agree to not hold Diana Darnall/Double D responsible for Death or Injury of the animal and understand that equine coming from Kill Pens and Auctions and Owner Release situations can be extremely stressed and/or in bad health which can include injuries, pnemonia, strangles, Equine Flu etc. and death can occur. Hold Harmless of Injury or death of your Equine.

I agree in the event I am not able to be reached by phone number provided above and an emergency event arises and a Veterinary Professional has determined that humane euthanasia is the best option for the equine I hereby give Diana Darnall/Double D permission to make that decision to humanely euthanize.
