I understand that appointments outside Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM may include an additional convenience fee. Travel fees, wait times beyond 10 minutes, and parking costs may also apply and will be added to my final invoice.
I understand that Elite Notary Signing does not provide legal advice, document preparation, or representation. ENS only verifies identity, witnesses signatures, and completes notarization requirements.
I understand that all signers must be present with valid, unexpired ID, and must be able to sign willingly, without confusion or pressure. If ENS arrives and the signing cannot begin due to missing witnesses, document issues, ID problems, or signer readiness, the full-service fee is still required.
I understand that some documents require witnesses. I am responsible for providing witnesses unless ENS has confirmed their availability in advance.
I understand that if my appointment needs to be rescheduled for any reason, a new fee assessment may be required based on travel, availability, or updated service needs.
I understand that ENS reviews documents only for completeness and notarization requirements, not for legal accuracy or content.
I understand that a $25 deposit is required to confirm my appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and payment instructions will be provided once my request is reviewed and approved by ENS.
