Booking and Travel Policy Acknowledgment: I understand that the amount due at booking includes the non-refundable $25 booking deposit, the applicable travel fee, and any witness fee for witnesses provided by Elite Notary Signing. These fees are non-refundable once paid, unless Elite Notary Signing cancels the appointment. This payment is required to hold the requested appointment time, travel availability, and witness coordination when applicable. The booking payment will be applied toward my appointment total, and any remaining balance is due at the appointment. I understand that submitting payment does not automatically confirm my appointment until Elite Notary Signing reviews and accepts the booking.
