    Want to showcase your brand at Brooklyn's Largest Rooftop Creative Mixer? Frequency Fest NYC is calling all creative entrepreneurs, small businesses, artists, fashion designers, and culinary curators to join a rooftop celebration of sound, culture, and style.

    This is more than a vending opportunity and it's not a flea market. It’s a full-day festival with 1,200+ networking creatives, live DJs, Performing Artists, hosts, skyline views, immersive lighting, and a nonstop crowd ready to connect and align.

    Whether you sell handmade art, signature designs, culinary cuisine or looking to scout and educate about your industry, this is your stage to shine.

    Option for full-day or half-day shifts

    Flexibility for shared booths or rotation

    No vendor registrations will be accepted after May 31, 2026.

    Half-Day shifts only apply to Creative Vendors.
    Food vendors must commit to full-day due to setup & health regulations.
    Shared booths allowed for creatives (with advance approval).
    Includes access to vendor break zone with water, shade, and rest seating.
    Vendors will be featured (opt-in) in our official digital spotlight directory.

  • Please complete all fields of this application. Vendor space fee that must be paid in full to be considered a vendor. Application Fee is Non-Refundable. Vendor Fees under extreme circumstance will be under review for cancellations. Once you have completed this this form and been selected as a vendor you are committing to vend.

    Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full. Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments and all fees are non-refundable.

  • Frequency Fest NYC 2026 Vendor Terms & Conditions

    By submitting this application and/or participating as a vendor at Frequency Fest NYC 2026 (“Event”), you agree to the following terms:

    Application Fee & Payment

    All vendor application fees are non-refundable.
    Full payment of booth fees is due upon acceptance and prior to the event date.
    Failure to pay on time may result in loss of booth space.

    Vendor Space & Setup

    Vendors will be assigned booth spaces at the sole discretion of Frequency Fest NYC organizers.
    Booth sizes vary by type and location; vendors must provide their own display materials unless otherwise agreed.
    Setup times and breakdown times will be communicated in advance and must be strictly followed.
    Vendors must vacate the premises by the designated breakdown time.

    Vendor Shifts & Attendance

    Vendors must adhere to their selected vending shifts (full-day or half-day).
    Requests for shift changes or early departures must be approved in writing by organizers.
    No refunds or discounts will be given for early departures or missed shifts.

    Conduct & Compliance

    Vendors agree to comply with all local laws, venue policies, and event guidelines, including health and safety regulations.
    Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for their products or services.
    Frequency Fest NYC reserves the right to remove any vendor violating terms, exhibiting unsafe behavior, or disrupting the event.

    Liability & Insurance

    Vendors are responsible for their own property and personal liability insurance.
    Frequency Fest NYC, its organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury related to vendor participation.

    Vendor Products & Exclusivity

    Vendors agree to sell only the products or services described in their application unless prior approval for changes is granted.
    Organizers reserve the right to limit vendor categories to avoid excessive product overlap.

    Marketing & Promotion

    By participating, vendors consent to Frequency Fest NYC using images, videos, and other media featuring their booth or products for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

    Cancellation & Force Majeure

    Frequency Fest NYC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason, including circumstances beyond its control.
    In the event of cancellation, vendor fees may be partially refunded at organizer’s discretion.
    Vendors may not hold Frequency Fest NYC liable for any costs or damages resulting from event cancellation or changes.

    Indemnification

    Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frequency Fest NYC, its organizers, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.

    Acceptance of Terms

    Submission of a vendor application signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
