FUNCTION SPACE REQUESTS
Please submit a form for each individual meeting/event.
Requests should be submitted no later than January 9, 2026. Requests received after this date are not guaranteed due to space limitations. Do not send requests to the hotel directly.
ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
Meeting rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account space and event requirements.
COSM will notify organizers of their meeting room assignments. Shortly thereafter, the meeting venue will contact you to begin making arrangements for your specific needs.
