1. Supervision & Safety

Parents/carers must remain on-site and supervise their child(ren) at all times.
The Play Patch is an outdoor, nature-based play space. While every effort is made to ensure safety, you are responsible for your child during the session.

2. Clothing & Weather

Sessions run in most weather. Please dress for the outdoors — waterproofs, wellies, warm layers as needed.
In extreme weather (e.g. strong winds above 30mph due to trees on-site), sessions may be cancelled for safety.
You will be contacted by WhatsApp and offered a reschedule or refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Missed sessions are non-refundable due to limited spaces and pre-booking. On a case by case basis and when enough notice is given, sessions may be rescheduled to another day. If The Play Patch cancels a session, you’ll be contacted by WhatsApp/email, and offered a new session on a different day and if nothing suitable can be arranged, a refund will be offered.

4. Health & Illness

Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing signs of contagious illness. This helps us keep everyone safe and healthy.

5. Photography

Photos may occasionally be taken for use on our social media.
You will be asked for photo consent at booking and can opt out or withdraw consent at any time.

6. Respecting the Space

Please help us care for the environment by tidying up after your child where possible.
Be kind and respectful to other families — The Play Patch is a shared space for all.

7. Bookings

All bookings are made online and are confirmed once full payment is received. Payment to made within 24 hours of receiving payment link to secure your session(s).

8. Facilities

Please be aware that there are no toilet or handwashing facilities available on site.
We kindly ask that children use the toilet before arriving, and recommend bringing wipes or hand sanitiser if needed.
If you need to change a nappy, please take any waste home with you. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us keep the Play Patch clean and comfortable for everyone.
