Macabre Night Market Vendor Form

Please fill out this application to be considered as a vendor for the Caribbean Club’s Macabre Night Market on Thursday, Oct 23rd at 6pm. Spaces are limited. Priority will be given to vendors who match the event’s theme. The spookier the better! We will contact you within one week of your application to let you know if you have been approved or placed on our waitlist. The vendor fee for the event will be $30. You will need to provide tables, tents, and battery powered lighting. There will be NO electric plug ins provided.
