Are you crate-training your puppy?
Puppies will be ready to go home when they turn 8 weeks. Will you be able to take this puppy home on or within 7 days of this date?
Will you be able to pick up your puppy in person at an agreed meeting place in the East Valley / Phoenix area?
Can you spend 5-10 minutes per day for training your new puppy? Puppies need daily training for continued obedience. Puppies need to be let outside every 20 minutes at the start for continued potty training.
Would you consider using dog food and treats that are free from GMOs, pesticides, chemicals, wheat, corn, soy, gluten and recalls? (I will provide a link to my preferred source for nutrition for the first two years, but at least the first 4 months).
The latest research shows that fewer vaccines starting later than previously recommended are better for the puppy. Would you consider talking to your vet about the current research on vaccine schedules (Dr Jean Dodd's Protocol)?
Do you agree to contact us in the case that you need to re-home this puppy for whatever reason?

Completing this application is your first step in the process to acquire a puppy from Linda's Golden Luv, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse placement at any time.If this application is approved, you'll be notified by text and be required to send a $500 non-refundable deposit via Zelle to commit to a puppy. The deposit will go towards the full purchase price of $2,000. The amount due on pickup would be $1,500. Please note our deposit policy: if you make a deposit, you are committing to buy a puppy from the current litter or future litter. The deposit is transferrable... if for some reason the litter is smaller than expected, then you can wait for a future litter. Sometimes this occurs if not enough females or males were born to fulfill your preference or a female does not get pregnant after breeding.
From time to time we may decide to keep a puppy out of a litter. We reserve the right to keep a puppy from any litter. This may mean that certain puppies may not be available while we decide if we will keep the puppy or not. Puppies will go to their new homes at 8-9 weeks. It is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you are committed to a litter, you may visit the puppies for (one) 45 minute session if our Vet agrees to an open kennel at the time. We do not want to put our puppies at risk if Parvo is high at the time. If we have a closed kennel, we will do Zoom calls. We do Service dog placement tests around 7 weeks old. Service pups are picked first. After your visit, you can give me your top 3 picks from the litter. Based on your application, our conversations, puppy interactions with you, we place the puppies. I do my best to get the best pup for you. I do have final say on picks as I know the puppies very well. It usually works out beautifully. Thank you for your time and interest.
