Governor Scott: Support hybrid and telework for Vermont State Employees!

We the undersigned Vermonters support the current system of telework/hybrid work options for Vermont State Employees: We urge Governor Scott to withdraw his proposal to end telework because:

1. Telework increases the pool of talent, aids in recruitment & retention of state employees.

2. Telework increases road safety, reduces traffic congestion & addresses climate change.

3. Telework opens the possibility of transforming offices into much needed housing.
