Contest Rules:
- Winning photos will be published in the 2027 City Calendar.
- Photos may also be used in other City publications. Credit will be included in the calendar, but it may not always be possible in other uses.
- No cash awards will be offered.
- Entrants must live/work within the Saginaw area.
- Entrants must include their name, address, email, and phone number in the entry form.
- Maximum of 2 entries (one submission total; the form will give you the option to submit up to 2 photos).
- Winners will be notified in December.
AGREEMENT AND RELEASE: I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES. I FURTHER REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT ALL PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED ARE MY ORIGINAL WORK AND THAT I HOLD FULL RIGHTS TO THEIR USE AND DISTRIBUTION. I GRANT THE CITY OF SAGINAW A NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE TO PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, AND DISTRIBUTE MY PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE 2027 CITY OF SAGINAW CALENDAR AND IN ANY OTHER CITY PUBLICATIONS, PRINTED OR DIGITAL, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. I UNDERSTAND THAT CREDIT WILL BE ATTRIBUTED WHEN POSSIBLE, BUT MAY NOT BE GUARANTEED IN ALL USES.
